At first I was reluctant to re-do a piece I'd already done. Vu was insistent though. He knew exactly what he wanted. He sent me this solid mahogany body PRS which allowed for the carving to wrap around the body's edges. Then he asked for a subtle airbrush coloring (like the "Phoenix Phlame") which gives it a nice sort of copper/bronze look. All in all, I think it's just different enough to stand on its own.
